The eco cabin blog

prefab cabin
Here we go.

This blog is new. I am an architect close to 39 yrs with an interest in reevaluating the aspects of needed space and resources to be fully comfortable but not wasteful! One of the main influences that kicked off my interest in the subject was time living in Waikiki - HI and studying the use of lifeguard structures.

In fact in some coastal cities, some of them are been rented during the winter season for tourists and converted to hotels.

For this case though, i will examine the fabrication of a new concept cabin for living and leisure in a semi arid or tropical climate.  I will attempt to shape this prototype ( meant for 2) according to the comments posted on this blog.

Lets start!
